First class resort with everything you need inside the complex for a 2 day retreat. The restaurant was expensive by local standards but apparently they have an award winning chef which justifies the expense. We preferred to travel the 4 kilometres down the hill to the fantastic Manastir for traditional macedonian food

Nice place to relax , enjoy , have a coffee or lunch. The prices are a bit higher then the rest of the restourants in the region but it worths to enjoy the ambient and the nature sorrounding the resort. Not sure about the interior of the villas (since I haven't seen it ) but I guess it's equally luxurious and comfortable 💎

Brautiful place in the nature!
Relax by the pool, or walk around the lake. You can ride horses or mount bike, the staff at the reception will organize it for you.response / report this review -

Food - great, nature great..staff great. spa - swimming pool is cold, also rooms in the spa- cold, especially now in January at -16 C, you cant bring your own water into the room, which is none their businessrooms are great and spaciousyou need to pay for Jacuzzi- bad. SPA needs big improvement

Excellent service, affordable prices. The parking is big and for everyone. The environmental surrounding is perfect. Lots of fresh air, nearby forest, sounds of the nature. It is available in all four seasons. The pool is huge and warm.

The hotel is located in beautiful pine tree forest, awesome sightseeing, perfect place for people that like mountain walks in fresh air ,hiking,or simply looking for a weekend escape from the urban way of living
The food in the restaurant was delicious,good food for good price, we enjoyed every single meal. The staff was very polite, most of them speaking English, which was great for my husband-US citizen.
I started with the pro's.
Let me talk about the con's.
5* or 4* i never get thisif the hotel is advertised as hight 5 stars,the spa facilities
shouldn't be charged additionally if used,btw the hotel name is Aurora "spa" for god sake.
Unfortunately the hotel (restaurant staff excluded) has a lack of personnel,therefore lack of professionalism and customer service.
Right after we sign in on the reception, the very same person took us with her to show us around (way to the room), trying to give us orientations in 2 min. by the time we get to the room.
"Ok, this is your room, if you have any questions feel free to ask" she said, left the key on the small table by the door and quickly exited the room.
I really do had some questions, but she looked too busyweirdshe left so quickly that I didn't had time to look for my purse in order to give her a tip
Overall, the hotel suite is only 3 stars , the name should be revised by removing the "spa" and leave the resort only.
