This is the best hamburger in Skopje. Also best in terms of quality/price. It may be different from what you are used to, but it is well worth the wait, as it is often very full. Ask for the fries on the side (In Macedonia the fries are usually inside the burger) and don't forget to get their secret mayo.

A famous place which leaves me personally however unimpressed. The burgers are big and cheap, but the problem is the meat. The chicken steak is a chewy but still OK, unfortunately the beef party is tough and dry and does not taste beefy at all. Oh well, maybe it's just me, as people seem to love it.

If you go to Skopje you absolutely have to try the classic 7ca burger. It's filled with meat and french fries and it's delicious. The burger's price is affordable. The staff that works at 7ca is nice and quick.

Has the best hamburgers in Skopje for a really cheap price. The meat is 100% beef and is huge. The only downside is that you cannot pay with a credit card its cash only

The legendary "7-ca" hamburgers. One of the few places in Skopje where you can get truly full for around $2.50. The hamburgers are big, 100% beef and the fries portions are generous.

For best value, ask to have your hamburger cut in half with the fries on the side.

If you want to try something different, order the toast. Same quality and size.
