  I visited this place during the D Festival and I had a poor experience. The service was bad, the waiters were rude and were forgetting orders. I had to wait for 20 mins until I was attended by a waiter and another hour until the me and my friends got everything that we ordered.
  
  Basic restaurant etiquette wasn't followed at all. You had to beg for a menu or an additional plate/glass etc.
  
  The food was good, but the portions small and not proportional to the price.

  While the service is good and in timely manner, the food is actually pretty bad. On top of that they are doing some shady stuff with the bill that is written by hand on paper.
