The resort is strategically located near the city center. It is clean. They have good food and charming staffs.

The lesser of the two "decent" hotels on the island. There was a weird smell permeating the property. The restaurant was out of half of everything on the menu. Wifi was an outrageous $10 and barely worked. If this was anywhere other than the Marshall Islands, it would definitely be a 1 star.

You need to set your expectations right. It's clean and the people are great. We were here six years ago, and much has been remodeled and updated since then.
The cable and internet leave much to be desired, but that's the country, not the hotel. The beds are comfortable, and the AC pushed the room to too cold
There are occasional ants and roaches, but it is the deep Pacific, so they're expected. No real flying bug problem, with just the occasional fly where there's food served. Have only seen one little roach in our room, which is many fewer than our last visit.response / report this review -

A good place with good people. There's indoor seating as well as outdoor seating, and an outdoor bar. The hotel section of the establishment is also decent, and when coupled with the good service and restaurant/bar area MIR is a must visit site for visitors. Locals also enjoy the resort and so it is possible to get to know more about Majuro by talking with folks.

One of two tourist resorts on the island this was a very good place to stay. The rooms were kept clean and have a great view of the water. They have two restaurants with very good food. There is Taxi service right outside that can take you to the other hotel or anywhere else on the Islands. They us US dollars and it is mostly a cash economy but the hotel does take mist credit cards. The WiFi availability depends largely on how close your room is to the hub.

There are two simple hotels on the atoll and this is one of them. I would give 2-3 stars. Poor service and English skills. Laundry only once a week, Internet for money, no bicycle rent. Forgot our restaurant orders multiple times.

Hosts and hostesses are friendly and attentive. Lagoon is beautiful and resort lies at perfect spot for water activities.
