Limited and inconsistent service; we went during wet season and found staff to be fairly unresponsive or close to lying about what services they offered (e.g., pretending they don't serve breakfast but then offering breakfast on our day off departure to new guests). Beware and stay clear.

Nice hotel but in the middle of nowhere. Wild packs of dogs in the night outside the hotel so we were stuck inside each night. The pool was refreshing but water was directly filled from the river with no filtering system. Employees were super friendly and enjoyed talking with Americans. LOL, they kept talking about Trump. Rooms were small but comfortable and clean.

The rooms are nice and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool and grounds are really nice. The food is not good and very overpriced. I'd recommend this place for people who pack food
