Worst experience staying here (travelled Madagascar for 12 days). Booked twin share bungalow and the toilet seat broken and unusable, shower leaking yet had almost no water pressure! Staff really rude and just gave excuses without solutions. Staff seemed to bathe by a tap next to our shower room with people watching us whilst we showered. And rooms had no safes in them even though advertised with safes being provided including a sign in the room saying using them is at your responsibility for anything missing from the safes. WiFi only available by staffing next to reception desk and only either st evening and not a breakfast. Had food poisoning from the awful food that lasted five days (worst instance of this after 5 weeks travelling through Southern Africa). The place clearly has not been maintained for at least 10 years and it’s foreign (Indian) owner boss clearly is just interested in treating tourists like ATMs and not providing anything that resembles what you book. Would give it 0 stars but not possible!

We were there at the end of the rainy season, before things really picked up, and this was the only place with water and electricity in Bekopaka. Pool was dirty and full of leaves. Common areas were nice. Food was pretty good. Staff were friendly. Has a cloths/craft shop. Bungalows were only "OK".

Hotel on top of a small hill gives nice view. It's really nice to swim, sunbath or dine at the restaurant terrace. Cheerful restaurant staff!!

However, some facilities inside the bungalow room indeed require maintenance. Power supply was limited to two times in a day, but it was well understood.

Un bel hôtel dans un bel écrin. Mais les prestation sont décevante. Pas d'eau chaude en 2 jours, électricité coupé une grande partie de la journée. Repas trop européen et fade. Wifi assez mauvais. Dommage car extérieur très joli et belle piscine.

This place advertises that you can use credit cards, but when you arrive they only accept cash. Service and food was terrible. I only gave it 1 star because there was no option for zero or half a star. If you end up here, only opt for the bungalows. They are not very good but are better than the other rooms. The hotel is joined by a rough, dusty path to another hotel, which they say is their other wing. This 'other wing' comprises of their "high standing rooms" as well as standard room types which are even more awful.
