I only stayed here briefly on my way to Sainte Marie. But the room was big and clean and a the service was outstanding. I arrived at 9pmtired after a long day on the road. I had to get up at 4am to get the next bus and was offered breakfast at 3:30am!! . I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms good for the area. Restaurant were very OLD French silly rules. We missed lunch by arriving 2.15 and had to go elsewhere as they could do anything for us. We wanted help arranging transportation hire and received no help. Again, being sent outside to fend for ourselves.

Nice clean room with fridge, ac and fan. Staff professional and service was smooth. Bit expensive compared to other places we've stayed in Madagascar but not a bad place to spend a night by any means!

Acceuil inexistant et chambre de luxe tres bruyante et assez chere :>200000ary (1 er etage face a la route )

Un peu suranné, le lieu à été modernisé, mais il conserve un je ne sais quoi hors d'âge, propice à la mélancolie. Une référence à Tana m'a-t-on dit. On mange bien.

L'hôtel est un peu cher et les chambres sur la rue sont bruyantes. Par contre les chambres doubles sont spacieuses et joliment rénovées. Personnel efficace. Cuisine sans intérêt.

Hôtel situé au centre de Tamatave et à 10 mns à pied de la plage.Chambre double spacieuse, agréable et bien agencée.Ambiance bien décorée rétro et locale à la fois.Bonnes finitions (carrelages, peintures..) et bons équipements même s'il manquait la moustiquaire.Wifi ok dans les chambres (pas besoin de descendre dans le hall).Dommage que le petit dej ne soit pas inclus par contre cela aurait été une prestation bienvenue.Propreté de la chambre ok.A recommander pour séjourner quelques jours dans des conditions hotelière correctes.

The way you will view this hotel is directly related to your expectations and your circumstances. In relation to other hotels in Madagascar, this hotel would be above average with some modern amenities not available elsewhere in the country. Do not expect the same quality that you would find in 4-star hotel in other parts of the world. The room was clean and provided a perfect location for a one-night stay to break up the long distance one has to travel between Tana and the ferry to Ile Aux Nattes. The surrounding area is not the best and I think one night is more than sufficient. The hotel has a quality restaurant downstairs as well as a friendly staff - I would recommend this location if in the area.
