We stayed here for about two weeks in May 2012. The place was exactly what we were looking for. A very nice and economical stay right on one of the best beaches. It is near Budva (5-6 Euro taxi or 1.5 Euro bus one way), if you want to explore the town and the many restaurants and clubs. The flat we rented had the beach view with a large patio/terrace that ran the whole building. It is on Jaz Beach which is sandy and large. The owner was very nice and accommodating. Rooms are a nice size and come with a small kitchen with pots and pans. Flooring, walls, and doors all looked new and the place was clean. The price was around $30 Euros a night for the room. Breakfast was good and filling with fresh bread, honey, jam, coffee, tea, water, eggs to order with a variety of meats for 6 Euros. I highly recommend this place.
