Milica goes above and beyond! 10/10 recommend!
She not only found us exactly what we wanted before we even knew what we wanted, but she helped with lawyers, property managers, and a bank loan. And she's just super cool and super fun. She shared the BEST restaurant in the area too, so it's not all business!

We had a great experience working with Milica! My husband and I came to Montenegro from the US to tour properties. Milica drove us around several homes until we found the perfect one. She then connected us with great lawyers to help us with our purchase and visa process. Once back in the US, Milica continued to provide excellent service by keeping us up to date throughout our whole buying process.

From the first contact to the last detailed question and transfer of the purchase Ivana was there with incredible patience and helpfulness. The purchase was very complicated and with a lot of stones in the way since the property we bought is located in a national park of Montenegro with special conditions while changing the owner.
The sale lasted for over three months and was not an easy one. Within that time, we never felt compelled to buy the property and could have stepped out anytime without feeling obligation.
Ivana took care of us with motivation and neutrality on a very high professional level.
At the beginning, not knowing anything about purchasing a house in Montenegro, she gave us courage and confidence that everything would go according proper channels and rules like in our country (Switzerland).
To be honest we had Montenegro Prospects checked out through the consulate to be sure that everything is real and legal. This step was unnecessary. Montenegro Prospects is the best choice in Montenegro to buy a property. The team of Ivan, Ivan and Ivana are trustworthy and the lawyers they recommend as well.
