Very unprofessional service: my mother supposed to have 3 tests done, the nurse crossed with the pen 2 of them and wrote:” no tests” without telling anything to my mother. I just saw it now. Also, they contaminated the sample for urine so she needs to go again. They also have her the information that her results will be done in a week, which is not true- we have done it before and it takes about 3 days. It was the same this time as well. have been calling them for 2 hours now to ask about this, either it rings and no reply or busy. Ridiculous.

Regarding free PCR-test for tourists.
I've got the phone number of the representative in Budva to schedule it Honestly, there was no common sense to assign a doctor who does not speak both English or Russian to answer the calls from foreigners. Women with kind of the attitude answered in the local language.
