Good personal, tasty food, beautiful room and very good location. But it might be cold in rooms in winter and early spring

Hotel decent for the price. BUT restaurant was a joke! We had breakfast included in our stay, and waitress couldn't have shown more ignorance and disrespect! She was eating, with mouth open, when taking our order (!!!) When we asked what's included in the breakfast she left. Then when we managed to catch her attention again, she messed the order and brought us different stuff from what we ordered.. not mentioning we didn't have even a chance to order anything to drink.. huge disappointment there.

This is a review of the restaurant.
I stayed in the hotel which provides free breakfast in the restaurant each morning.
On my last morning I witnessed some American tourists giving a hard time to the staff about only getting 1 cup of coffee, threatening to give a bad review and stating things were better in America.
Just in case you are unsure, this is not America and not really like anywhere else in the world.
I was very happy with my 4 breakfasts and 2 dinners here, the staff were lovely and friendly and last night they created a meal that was not on the menu, just for me, at no extra cost.

It provides only the very basic. The tiles in the bathrooms broken, air condition not working and window shutters that leave everything in the eyes of the neighbors. The only positive is the location but in summer time is very noisy.

We spent three nights in Kotor and chose to stay at Hotel Rendez Vous. Pictures online looked nice and the price was okay.
In the end we were not satisfied. Our expectations were not met.
Most important disadvantages were already mentioned but still the case for our stay:
- Mattrasses are horrible.
- Shower has no curtain so that after every shower the floor is totally wet, no possibility to wipe water off.
- WiFi does not work.
- 24 h reception is rather a "10 min reception" as s.o. expressed it here. Also the door is open all night long and nobody is watching keys etc..
- Noise. Downstairs there are two bars that both have loud (live) music every night till late. Music in Hotel Rendez Vous during breakfast was totally annoying. Same track in a loop. Again and again.
Another reason for us to be disappointed was the service.
- Waiter during breakfast seemed as he doesn't want to work in gastronomy. No smile and ineloquent.
- When we on night ordered a lunch-pack at the reception (as offered in case you leave early for a trip or s.th.), the next morning nobody knew anything from our request. Also here handling of the problem was neither friendly nor service-oriented.
- For leaving the hotel to the airport of Podgorica we asked the receptionist to call a taxi company for us. He told us he had called "Red Taxi" (on their website they state that the price is 40 €). Next day it turned out that he called his buddy who would drive us in his private car (no seatbelts, no license) for 55 €.
To sum it up: You don't feel like an appreciated guest.response / report this review -

Clean, well placed, surprising Lyon well sound proofed rooms from the downstairs restaurant noise. Some staff need customer care updates.

This is a review for the restaurant: I would have given 4 stars for the food at this pricing even though the waitress wasn't really friendly. But that seems to be the case in many places. I'm subtracting 2 stars for the response to my question as to where the toilet is located: "Open your eyes, man 🙄" and a point somewhere behind the bar. Nice way to treat your costumers.

Hladna soba,recepcioner nikad na recepciji,internet ne radi.Ne žele primiti kreditnu karticu več traže gotovinu.Ne izdaju račun niti vračaju kusur pod izlikom da nemaju u kasi novca te lažu da če novac poslati naknadno.Veliko razočarenje uslugom i ponašanjem osoblja.

Quaint. It is aged like all buildings in the citadel. The best part are the people who work there. Rooms are small but everything works especially the AC. There is a refrigerator. 10 % discount to have dinner there and it was good. Breakfast was good w late and capucchino. The downside are the stairs. Not good for older folks.

Soğuk oda klima çalışmıyor banyo çalışmıyor lavabo tıkalı temizlik yok kahvaltı ücreti ödendi ama başka yerde yapıldı kredi kartı çalışmıyor zorla nakit istendi internet çalışmıyor resepsiyonist yerinde yoktu şimdiye kadar gittiğim yaklaşık 200 otel içinde en kötüsüydü

Sehr gute Lage für alle die die Altstadt erleben möchten. Der Service ist spitze, das Essen lecker und Preis Leistung stimmt vollkommen. Autos sind in der Altstadt verboten aber es ist nicht weit zu laufen sofern man einen Parkplatz in dem totalen Verkehrschaos von Kotor findet. Aber auch hier hat uns der Hotelier auf vorherige E-Mail-Anfrage geholfen und einen Parkplatz besorgt. Beim Frühstück sollte man etwas Zeit mitbringen. Wifi ist vorhanden und kostenfrei. Das Zimmer ist sauber aber nicht luxuriös. Etwas laut außerdem. Musikwünsche finden Berücksichtigung. Beim Abendessen im Hotel eigenen Restaurant gibts 10% Nachlass. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

En üst kat çatı katında kaldık. bizim oda idare eder gibiydi de arkadaşların odası kutu gibiydi. Otel elemanları iyiydi. Rezervasyon yaparken "otelin otoparkı var" yazıyordu. Otelin yanına araba gidemiyor. Eski şehre giriş kale kapısında arabanızı bırakıyorsunuz. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşa otoparkı sorduğumda bizim arabayı bıraktığımız yol üstünü tarif etti ve " yer bulamadıysanız ben arabamı çekeyim sizinkini koyalım" dedi. yani otoparkımız olmuş oldu. Haritada görülen "Skurda" yazın suyu geçmeden öncesine arabayı koyup oradan otele yürüyorsunuz. Çok uzak değil.
