  Rooms lack space and it's not about some extra - rather about minimum one would expect to move comfortably. Let me give you an example: I am not huge at all but every time I went to bathroom/toilet there I struggled with its door: I was unable just to enter into the bathroom amd simply close it - I had to half step into shower cabin in order to do so.

  Air conditioner and toilet water box were not working and during our stay any efforts were made to repair them, cold floors, no carpets. In the caffeteria or cantine there were never free tables so you always have tto sit to the same table with other guests.

  Плюсы: Отличное расположение. Потрясающий вид. До пляжа и ближайших ресторанов 20 метров. Хорошие номера. Завтрак.
  
  Минусы: Нету сейфа в номере. Ценные вещи приходится хранить в сейфе на ресепшене, что не всегда удобно.
  
  Wi-Fi не всегда стабилен и уровень не везде хороший.
