Hotel staff exceptionally friendly and warm. The room however is by far the worst we've stayed in. The engineering of the hotel is third world, floors are slanted like your in the leaning tower of Pisa. Room is so small I had to squeeze between the door and frame to get on the patio. Free breakfast is subpar and other hotel guests are very rude. While we are enjoying our stay in Budva, we will not be returning to this hotel (this is our third visit to Montenegro).

I would give this hotel 0 stars because of the owner. My husband and I witnessed the owner bullying his staff and yelling at them by getting right into their face. He threatened their jobs and made them feel worthless. For the record the staff was amazing and there was no reason for this. He did this during breakfast where all the guests heard and felt uncomftorable as it was done during our peaceful morning breakfast. He then proceeded into the kitchen and yelled there as well and we could still hear it. Please do not go here and support someone who has no shame in bullying great employees because he thinks he can because hes rich. I will never come back here again and to the staff, please apply to other hotels. To the owner: you are a terrible human being.
