  Until this bus station takes care of the Taxi Mafia that work outside the bus station then there is no hope. Be warned when you get a taxi from outside the bus station and they know you aren't a local they will put you on some kind of tourist meter - the numbers will go up far faster than they should do. Massively corrupt. Same happens all over Montenegro with Taxi drivers off the street and tourists.

  Don't buy tickets online. If you do so a rude guy at the entrance to the platform will send you back to the counter to buy an additional ticket that allows you to enter the platform. Even if it was just 1 Euro per person we felt a bit cheated. Our impression was that they try to get some extra money from tourists. And a few minutes later the bus driver was as rude as the rest of the stuff: At first he pretended not to accept our online tickets but finally he let us get on the bus. The other day we bought our tickets at the counter and it worked better.

  This bus station is horrible. The people working here are both unfriendly and racist. For foreign people they even charge you to leave the station. Local people get out for free which is kinda decieving. The people working are very unrespectfull. You can find them since they all have to wear green t-shirts. They have bad manners. Dont work just use their phone the whole time and smoke inside. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS STATION. Ulcinj is the place to be.

  This was my first time traveling via bus across Europe. The station was nothing special. Plenty of various Wi-Fi networks with unsuccessful connections. There *is* one that belongs to the restaurant before entering the actual bus terminal area, yet you pretty much have to be away from the terminal area, so you may miss your bus.
  
  The entrance is a tad difficult to find as the station is adjacent to a zoo, and behind a series of restaurants. You have to look up instead of constantly at your mobile.
  
  The station does take credit card! The time table is rather accurate, though my bus was late by 15-20 minutes. As someone said before, it costs money to use the toilet, but I did not even bother. Remember - Any luggage that is "checked into" the buses cost 2,00€ each, so have coins ready!

  Bus stations are often gloomy places and this one is no exception. Difficult to navigate if you don't speak the local language: the staff doesn't speak English and doesn't make much effort to help, buses don't run on schedule, there are no clear platforms and no announcements.
  There is a charge or 0.30 euros to use the restroom. The attendant smokes in the restroom, so it's pretty gross.
