My mum is Montenegran and I speak the language. After reading the reviews we came here for a nice night out with my mum, aunty and little sister. The woman serving was incredibly rude from the start despite us speaking speaking the language fluently. We tried to bring her around by being very respectful but it didn’t work, she was just a horrible person.
We spent a lot of money in the bar and tried to ignore her, but she started to not serve us drinks that we’d paid for. When I questioned the bill, her behaviour was accusatory and downright disgusting. We were backed up by numerous people in the bar who we’d bought drinks for who had also never received their drinks.
To prove a point I left far more money than the bill to show that it wasn’t about money. This particular woman was beyond pathetic and clearly had issues.
The same woman expressed the entire night that she was tired and wanted to go home, from 2 hours before the place was meant to close. I can’t quite believe how awful she was and despite being from the region, I will never return to this place again
Avoid this place like the plague because if you visit this place while this person is working there, you will be ripped off and you will walk away knowing how pathetic some people are unfortunately.

Bandiera is the best and the most authentic place in Kotor. St. Patrick's day celebration is by far the best here, as well as Kotor carnivals, Boka Night, and Saturday night in Kotor

We were out of the main season here, so the were mainly local people in the pub.. The offer was average and it was quite noisy during our visit.

Very nice atmosphere. They only have small draft beer, in 0,3 glasses, though. So that could be better. But a nice place with nice music and friendly staff.
