  Уютная комната, просторный балкон, не лучший но хороший завтрак, есть мини кухня. До моря пешком минут 10. Ночью конечно мешает музыка которая очень громко доносится с берега. Рядом несколько маленьких магазинчиков, где можно найти все необходимое(там отличное вино).

  Beautiful sea-view from balcony, kindly hosts,copious breakfast. :) They speak english.

  Wonderful experience at this family run hotel. Located on top of the hill overlooking Ulqin's plazhi vogel (small beach). It was close enough to all the excitement yet peaceful enough to relax when you're seeking some quiet time. The staff was friendly and accomadating. The buffet breakfast was ample and served local fare. They even extended the breakfast when my children woke up later than usual. We will definitely stay at Panorama Alaj the next time we are in Ulqin.
