Пришел курить костюм на свадьбу, сотрудницы магазина бегали, все делали, красиво общались. Пришел через месяц подогнуть брюки, так не сервис а ужас. Они улыбаются только если у них что-то купить. И то, купил ещё и галстук, а подобающего сервиса так и не увидел.
Первый визит оценка 5, второй визит оценка 0. 5+0 /2 = 2. Спасибо, по возможности больше никогда к вам не приду, и не посоветую.response / report this review -

The quality of the suits (turkish brands) is excellent, same applies to the tailors.
Issues:
- i've measured a shirt and left it for tailoring. We agreed that another shirt would be tailored based on the first one. When i came next time, the second shirt was of a different size (40, instead of 39 as the one i've actually measured)
- ive bought a suite, 2 shirts and an expensive bow-tie. When i came to pick them up (after tailoring), i was given a hanger with the pants, 2 shirts and the coat, all on the same hanger, all in a plastic cover. No suite cover were provided. As a result, during transportation and handling, the pants slipped down and were lost.
Something got wrong with that place. It used to be much better.
