There is a social touristy vibe to this coffee chain, which approaches coffee service slightly differently. It’s colourful, clean and offers excellent amenities for the electronic generation. Coffee is good, deserts are interesting. I caught a glimpse of marajuana cookies in the glass cabinet. The staff were great and this particular cafe was conveniently located round the corner from the airport bus stop.

Always a pleasure to visit Tucano Coffee Brasil. The view from the second floor is lovely, but unfortunately it is often reserved for events. Or maybe fortunately :) Tucano unites people.

A cozy place where you can meet up for a coffee or work on your laptop.

The concept is really nice and it is really comfortable to spend your time there.

I didn't really like the coffee, but I am not an expert, so you will have to judge for yourself.

The salmon wrap was pretty good though.

The staff is really nice and friendly. Open minded and with a good level of english.

Excellent place to drink a cup of good coffee. It has a great number of different delicious cakes and sandwiches. Plus this place has absolutely nice atmosphere - nice music, comfortable chairs, helpful stuff.

Perfect place to enjoy a warm drink while meeting with friends or work on some e-mails. The armchairs and sofas are comfortable and overall inside design is creating a “home like” feeling. However expect to pay more for a coffee or a cake here than in majority of other places in the city.

I had really good experience few times before at Tucano Coffee. But this time was really terrible(one star review). I ordered latte and wrap, but got cappuccino and pie. When we asked for an explanation, got the answer: your mistake is your problem. No apologies.
We called manager. Hi made apologies by words and some biscuits. After that I changed my review.
Tucano guys you have a chance be a best coffee chain in Moldova :)

Ordered 2 coconut lattes and one caramel latte, but got 1 coconut and 2 caramel ones, after the staff member specified the order back to us, to make sure he got it right. We got our cold lattes after 15-20 minutes waiting time. Then explained to the waitress that our order got mixed up, she wasn't very polite about it. The waitress only added some more coconut syrup to the caramel latte, wiped out the writing on the lid and changed it to coconut instead of caramel, without even apologising for the mix-up. We didn't expect this kind of service at all from Tucano. The place is very cozy, has an interesting and unique design, although it's a bit too expensive for Moldova. Customer service is definitely not the best, they could at least learn to apologise for their mistakes and be more friendly and polite. Please invest in better training in customer service or improve it somehow, and change your bad attitude, it really makes a difference. Sadly I haven't had the best experiences at Tucano.

Ordered herbal tea and they brought me a Peppermint tea 😂 Seriously?! Tucano? Expected something different.
Maybe coffee is good, but definitelly not a good place for tea.
Food is good.
Expensive place, cozy, relaxing but can be noisy with some guests.

Looooove it !!! Everytime I go there to buy a coffe (their coffee is veery good, by the way!) I hear at least 3 persons talking in english. Every tourist that likes coffee visits Tucano - it's an amazing place really. You can have a conversation with the barista, try their tasty cheesecakes, work on your laptop or play a game with someone (they have a few games such as monopoly there and you can play it for free).
