  キシナウやオデッサへのチケットの売店になってます。駅中央付近は両替所になってます。

  it is the main bus station in the city but not many facilities you can find there. A ticket office for the bus linking to Chisinau or other cities can be found inside the building. There is an exchange office just outside the building and maybe the best place to change some local money when you first arrived.
