For a year now, I've been waiting for a visa, it's just a mockery, they don't say what and how, like, because of quarantine, I can't stay away from anything, they spent so much money on these documents, they could at least say what and how. This is generally for such money chaos, and rudeness, and to write to someone in Russian to someone in Moldavian. And if someone cannot. Help does not help to write, rudeness, not some courtesy to people and even more so with children!
