TLDR: A very pleasant cuisine, professional attitude and great interiors! Was a pleasure organizing an event with Restaurant Select Banquet Hall!
It is very hard to pick a wedding venue in Chisinau, but it's significantly easier if you know about Select Banquet Hall. I will focus on 3 key aspects why you may want to pick this place as an event venue or wedding venue.
Firstly: it's the professional attitude. We were really happy that the managers were not trying to push their agenda by submitting standard offers. They made a big effort in trying to understand our needs and find the right services they could provide in order to cover the needs.
Secondly: the cuisine is simply amazing. Even though it's not the cheapest place out there, it's one of the best in terms of value for the money. The dishes were amazing, the portion sizes were impressive and the menu was very well balanced overall.
Thirdly: the interiors are amazing. The place is very stylish, clean and provides a great ambiance for any event. The terrace, the halls and the balcony were very suitable for our guest, who enjoyed the place very much.
Useful tips: pay attention to the additional services you may want to book with Select Banquet Hall. In terms of beverages they can indeed provide one of the smallest prices on the market! We recommend you take a look at their prices, especially the cognacs and other strong alcoholic beverages. In terms of services, I'd suggest comparing their offers against the market. For instance, the dessert and fruit buffet and wedding cakes offers came significantly better from the competitors, so we decided against Select Banquet Hall offers.
Another important tip: be very carful when deciding upon the event menu. At some points it felt the whole decision making process was artificially rushed by Select Banquet Hall in order to create time-pressure during negotiations. If you get into this situation - delay and take your time in order to be 100% confident you've made the right choice!response / report this review -
