We have rented a 3-room apartment for 6 people (Lev Tolstoi 24/1). According to the site, it would be an Elite Class apartment. We were 4 people (2 children) so we could have a big apartment for some more money. The equipment was, however, very minimal. There were only 6 plates, 6 knives, 6 forks, etc. The dishwasher did not work and also the vacuum cleaner was very bad. Someone would come to make the dishwasher but of course only promises but no deeds. There was even a condom under the bed. There were almost no outlets and the apartment looked like a house that was on sale. The upstairs neighbors were also very noisy, so the children could not sleep well. For so much money you better find something else somewhere else. Very bad service, they just want to catch money and do nothing for it. Never again!
