  I'm abroad and I keep calling because I need registration to get a duplicate of a document and I don't answer, I've been calling for a week and no answer! I can't even get a ticket! I don't know how to work! According to the note they have on google, it can be seen that they are zero in what they do!

  This refers more to the lady sitting in the corridor sitting on the chair and doing nothing. It should be like a guide for ignorant people but..

  Inappropriate behavior, they are not competent, they forgot what the state hired them for. I came at 14:30 to submit an application for my child but they started to growl and slam the door because I came late when the applications must be received by 15.
