  We ordered goods from the USA to a new mail address in America. The goods arrived at the warehouse and were registered there. But! 2 weeks have passed and there is no information about the package. It is unclear when she will come to Moldova. 2 times they called the operator, he could not say anything about where the parcel was, when it would be and what happened to it, nothing is known! Absolute incompetence.
  Okay, that's one thing. But, another problem is that the delivery of the goods costs $ 11, although in theory it should be $ 8. Since $ 6 international delivery and $ 2 delivery TO THE SECTION! They counted us $ 11, that is, $ 6 international delivery and $ 5 as if we ordered to the address! Operators on this issue also absolutely can not say anything. Who should you contact then?

  Terrible attitude towards customers. When registering a courier delivery, they call and ask to pick up the delivery from the department themselves. If this proposal is rejected, it is sent to Chisinau. Calls to the hotline do not give an answer - they do not give a damn! They promise to figure it out and call back and everything is zero. In fact, the same Posta Moldovei.
