  The level of service delivery by employees, the registration department and the record of transport is horrible, most often they have an arrogant behavior, they use any possibility to avoid fulfilling their service obligations. The above does not describe the behavior of the head of the department concerned. Public Services Agency, review working hours, why does it close at 16:00? Or maybe every expert takes the last car at 16:00 and they close at 17:00?
