The bathroom and the bathtub were very dirty. After a day on the road, I couldn't even take a shower. Also, to save some money, they diluted the liquid soap with water: 10 parts water for one part soap. I couldn't even wash my hands properly. And the bar soap was already used. It's the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel Definitely not a 3 star hotel. More like a 1 star hotel. The rooms were spacious, the location was nice and the staff friendly.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel on March 2018. My expectations were low, so I did not disappointed: hotel prices are very high but quality is low at Chisinau. The hotel claims it has 4 stars but actually be 1-2 stars. I paid 25 USD (cash) for a double bed room; relative clear, had hot water shower, refrigerator etc., not T.V and breakfast. Quite area and hotel, 15 minutes walking distance to center ( I mean cathedral). However, receptionists were helpful, thanks.

Walked 20 minutes to get there, was ready to pay the $21 as advertised on booking and google. Apparently they wanted $38 for the same type of room. Don't even waste your time here.

Looks like everything is broken in this hotel. POS terminal is broken (You can't pay with your credit card, cash only), Elevator is broken, A/C is broken, Electronic door lock is broken. It was very strange that I had hot water And this hotel is rated like a 4 star hotelThey had some water repair services during the middle of the night which made a load noise that woke me up
