Noisy rooms facing the main Street in Chisinau. Had one of those rooms with connecting doors to next room and next door neighbor was old/deaf or both. TV blasting from 3pm when I arrived until midnite. Asked owner to help , given cold shoulder, room change not possible. Owner replied 'maybe next time'- failed to understand that there won't be a next time if the first time is not good.

Am dorit sa-i prezint doamnei de la receptie un simplu pliant informativ. Doamna fara sa intrebe ceva a vorbit cu ton ridicat si grosolan. Sunt socat de lipsa de profesionalism si bun simt calitati esentiale. Nu locuim in padure, nu?
