  This is just a gas station. It is near an entertainment center which once belong to Lukoil, therefore some call it Lukoil Center.
  The actual gas station has 3 line for cars. They fill gasoline (92, 95) and diesel, but don't have GPL. Accept cash or cards. In the market you can buy all stuff that are sells at the gas stations
