Very disappointed. Wanted to send a surprise for a wedding I couldn’t attend. The delivery drivers didn’t want to enter the venue. They called the parents of the bride to take the items that were still in packages. The drivers were asked to remove the bags and walk inside the venue to do their job. They didn’t even say who the surprise was from, just gave the presents and left, didn’t even take a photo as I selected when I placed the order.

Delivery was really quick, good job guys.
Please post real pictures of the flowers!!..I order one bouquet of flowers and they give me another one, a lot of expensive flowers for what I paid was changed with the cheapest one.

Ok I do understand maybe you do not have in stock, maybe somethingelse happened, but you should let know the client about this changes, not to make an another bouquet, cheaper one without even letting know the client about the changing of composition of flowers, because I paid money and I want to receive what I order, not what you guys have in the stock.

After all this I wrote them an email saying that i am disappointed about their services, was missing flower from my composition and its unfair for the client, please post real pictures of the flowers and deliver what you showed in the picture, they replied to me that they are feeling sorry that I am disappointed, but they tried to make a composition with what they have in the stock.

What is this answer??
Is you do not have enough in your stock, than you should talk to the customer, to let them know about this, to be his decision to change it, because he/she order the flowers, at least they have to know that will be a bit of changes, not to wait, maybe the customer will not gonna see and will not say nothing

I'll give it a 3 stars feedback, the flowers we're excellent, made my recipients very happy(and me as well).
P.s. Except one think, they aren't very cooperative (i'll give it 1 star for that)
and took 2 days to make a delivery on my second order. Other then that, Nothing to say.

Very unprofessional customer service, almost non-existent. Company doesn't communicate and does not respond to numerous emails. I cannot comment on the quality of the delivery, as the company has never sent photos or even acknowledgement that the order has been delivered. Very disappointing.
