The hotel is under construction. They cheat on guests and the personnel waits only to be paid to be nice. Every year the travel company say that the hotel made a renovation, but this is a lye, so that new tourists think that what is written here on internet is not true. They don't even have a restaurant, a decent one at least. They have only a canteen.

Location-complicated to reach, even by local persons
Staff- nice,polite and ready to help
Room- enough large,clean ; 3*+ not 4*
Breakfast- far below average for 4* ; low quality and taste for the drinks and food
Facilities- tentative of a pool and spa. absolutely ridiculous
Price - fair
Overall I rate them with 3* for encouragement, I see potential for a nice boutique hotel but management need to understand this concept.response / report this review -

Personnel is lacking hospitality. Nor understanding of the Romanian language, they do not ask twice and they don;t understand, but make mistakes. No help with the luggage, no hello in the morning etc.
