The gym, pool, and staff are all very good but management is not very customer service friendly. After paying for a summer membership on June 7 and asking for a few days grace period into September to make up for the first week of June I was told "We can extend your membership for a week - for a fee." All profit, no heart.

Expensive, but it's a really good choice. Nice people around, everyone speaks english, romanian and russian, and the gym has got a great view. Plus, it's location is very good.

The fee is absolutely unjustified. The gym is average, good but nothing special. The front desk staff are utterly useless.
