  I would like to thank you very much for the services provided by Caromoto. It was my first experience of buying a car in the USA and I was surprised by the collaboration with Caromoto. The whole process is monitored, you have a clear answer to every question and most importantly that the company keeps its promises.

  Great job by Caromoto team to help me acquire a car from the US.
  
  Pros:
  - easy and smooth process from day one to documents handing
  - realistic deadlines
  - transparent pricing
  - good communication, very responsive
  
  Cons:
  - it would've been great if the US team could provide more concrete pictures of broken/missed parts of the car. Car arrived having some pieces I couldn't detect from the basic info, therefore will have to place more orders which will delay having the car up and running
  - they where some small parts that were missing when the car was brought in the port. I was told that they will compensate that, but ofc this did not happen. I didn't emphasized this so it remained as it was.
  
  That being said, I definitely recommend Caromoto and their services!
