One star for this place - it's too much!
-10 stars - that's the real rate!!!
It's not a hotel, it's a BROTHELl!!! People rent a hotel room by the hours! Not per night!
Receptionists are changing several times during the day, they don't speak english, etc They trying to charge you for room several times during your stay!!
Terrible service, rude staff, dirty rooms, no card payments, cash only and they don't give you a change!!! They lying and cheating on customers. It was the worst experience in my life!!! Shower cabin was leaking from the underneath etc no hairdryer, no fridge, no heater, no mirror in the bathroom

Total scam! After they forced me to pay for my room in cash, they had their driver drive me to the outskirts of town and dump me in some inferior hotel. The other hotel is far away from everything and would cost less than half what I paid if I had booked it myself. Don't fall for this scam. Do not pay in cash. Do not pay upfront. Insist on seeing the room first.

They do not speak english, and since they are in contact with 3 more hotels (which are located in the outskirts), they are distributing you in case they have overbooking. Madness!!! Bad people, bad service, customer service is terrible, they do not even say hello or bye at the reception.

Non è un hotelè una frode. Niente acqua calda e niente riscaldamento. Dicono un sacco di bugie inventando guasti inesistenti. Scortesi e ladri. Dopo la prima sera da incubo abbiamo cancellato le altre. Non hanno voluto restituire i soldi anche degli altri giorni ed abbiamo dovuto fare denuncia alla polizia. Il peggior posto dove io sia mai stato. EVITATELO ACCURATAMENTE!!! Sono dei delinquenti!!!
Not a hotel it's a fraud. No hot water and no heating. They say a lot of lies inventing non-existent faults. Rude and thieves. After the first night nightmare I canceled the other. They did not want to return the money of the other day and we had to report to the police. The worst place I've ever been. AVOID IT CAREFULLY !!! Are criminals !!!
Nu un hotel este o fraudă. Fără apă caldă și fără încălzire. Se spune că o mulțime de minciuni inventează defecte inexistente. Rude și hoți. După ce primul coșmar noapte am anulat cealaltă. Ei nu au vrut să se întoarcă banii de altă zi și a trebuit să raporteze la poliție. Cel mai rău loc pe care l-am fost vreodată. EVITATI IT GRIJA !!! Sunt criminali !!!response / report this review -

Cold in the room and no hot water in the middle inverno.trasferiti in another hotel without refunding the price paid in advance. Real scam. Made a complaint to the local authorities
