  Poor customer service - had to look up for the stock by myself on their site and find additional info about the desired product. Service on the counter is not friendly either.so, no way I will buy anything else from this chain store.

  Very complicated shop. They sell TV's from the showroom like it is new. TV's are working for god knows how long before they are sold and they manage to put them in a box and say they are new. They are not NEW. They became second hand. Same for Laptops, phones etc. Pretty much al TV's and other equipment they sell became second hand.

  Bad customer service when it comes to the problem solving.
  Got audio system, then had some problems with delivering this product to the destination, so I decided to return the item. On the phone customer service person (as it says in their policy) said - there is no problem if you want to return the item in 14 days. I requested return in 6 days but they was trying to find reasons to not take it back, they were wasting my time. In the end I decided to just cancel return process to save my time! But They left me very unhappy. Regret about going to this place.

  Good place they have relatively good products but also some ridiculous habits like charging you for the plastic bag even if you buy equipments for hundreds of dollars.

  Everything is fine before you have a problem, you have a problem it's taking forever to figure out and you never will figure out your problem.
