Room prices at front desk? Not indicated. That hot water is only available from 6pm to 10am? Not indicated. That you can skip (awful) breakfast and pay less for a night? Not indicated. That their policy is that you pay every three days max? Not indicated, no, they prefer to call you with a fearful and hoarse voice that you're indebted to them. You can ask them why that would be a problem, they'll tell that it is not, if you hand them over your passport! I laughed so hard at this one I nearly cramped my jaw ) Besides, when I asked for a bill, they asked me for a "citizen unique number", apart from the passport number. We have that kind of thing (social security number) but I told them we don't have that in France. Oh and heaters work 3 fixed hours a day during winter, if you're cold, use air conditioning, but beware the dust. The good stuff: rooms are spacious, cleaning staff is nice and helpful, as well as the only two English speaking receptionists, otherwise I hope you're fluent enough in Russian or can keep up with liberties taken with Romanian grammar.

not so bad. But there is no air condition in lux appartments and it was forbidden to open the window

Good cozy place for moldovan standards. Big rooms, nice food, parking for aprox 5 cars. I suggest you take the lux number as its bigger and only 2£ more expensive. I love this place.
