very disappointed about this place, the food doesn't meet Andy's standards(it just tastes different in a bad way), half of the menu is not available, staff is not properly instructed, will never visit again

Those guys who runs this plase arent doing it well. For example u get menu but u can order more then half part of dishes, just because thay do not have them(((

It is a quite place where to have food with the family. I am giving a 3 stars to the place because I got charged 19 lei for a broken glass. First time ever.

Andy's Pizza Soroca, vă rog să luați atitudine la customer service. Am cerut bere brună, se aduce blondă și nici nu explică nimic. La terasă nu se apropie chelnerii până nu îi informezi că ești pe loc. Chelnerul aduce meniul și nu-și bate capul să șteargă masa de praf și urme de la pisică. Nu e ok așa abordare!

Food is ok, but there os problem with the staff. They are not informed what is left in the kitchen to eat. Besides this, we had to wait for a very long time even for tea (40 min.)
