People are very professional at the embassy and NO they are not businessmen! There are already too many immigrants in America and they have all the rights to refuse your application if you cannot prove that you have enough reasons to return back to Moldova (like a house, a good paid job and so on)

What to say , I can say just they are good businessman. My mom and dad was on December 11th. They got refused, the lady from there asked just: What you want to do in USA?, really? What a stupid question, to ask 2 old persons of 70 years what to do in USA. My parents said : to meet Christmas with my son and his family. She refused without an answer.
Some of people told me that who is working there , they are good psychologist, hell’no they are good businessman. In 30 minutes my parents said that 15 people was refused, and no one passed. So just here is 2400$ they earned.
What priorities they follow to get that visa?
Why people spend a lot of money for nothing?
Why they are not saying if you don’t have ( doc A, B , C etc..) do not apply?
Whatever, or with new ambassador or with old one is the same..

Если б можно было поставить -5 звезд то это описало бы точнее мой отзыв . Некомпетентность,безучастность и грубость работников посольства США в Кишиневе просто возмущает. По вопросам не связаным с визами для граждан США даже нет смысла обращаться. Номер call center занят пожизненно. На сайте посольства все связанно строго с вопросами о визе. На email ответили быстро,с советом позвонить в call center или найти необходимое на официальном сайте,вобщем замкнутый круг с нулевой помощью. Хочется донести до руководства посольства о работе клерков которые должны информировать людей ,а вместо того предлагают позвонить по вечно занятому номеру и написать 📧 на который не дадут конкретный ответ.

The lady who interviewed my father was very rude and disrespectful too, she didn't even ask him nothing,just gave him passport back, and thats it,
All she needs is money that people spent for the interview. maybe 5 people from 100 are lucky.This is the 4th time my father tried to obtain a visa to come and play with his grandkids Really Really disappointed!

The lady who interviewed my mom on February 6th was very rude and disrespectful. It's one thing when your visa is denied and other when somebody treats you so miserable. People spend a lot of money, time, effort to have this interview so treat the with respect at least.

Disrespectful, rude, mistreated!
That's how my 70 years old mom was treated on September 20th , by the woman who interviewed her!
Denied her a visa, in a very rude manner!
My mom had zero intention of remaining in US!!! How on earth someone would think it's easy to just leave everything behind when you 70?!!! She wouldn't remain not even 2 weeks in US. Very disappointed in the treatment towards my mom!
She wanted to see her coming granddaughter, that's all!!!
But thanks to someone, that won't happen!
What a shame!!!

The American Embassy in Chisinau protects and promotes American interests and develops relations with Moldova through contacts with Moldovan government, business, labor, agriculture, media and education leaders.
P.S. The perimeter is protected (non-stop guarding and patrolling) embassy location, in my opinion, is convenient and accessible.

RO :
Ambasada SUA in Moldova protejeaza si promoveaza interesele americane, stabileste relatii de colaborare cu Moldova prin intermediul contactelor cu liderii Guvernului moldovenesc, cu lideri din domeniul afacerilor, agriculturii, presei, invatamintul etc.
P.S. Perimetrul este protejat ,patruleaza non-stop paza si locatia ambasadei , dupa parerea mea , este comoda si accesibila.

RU:
Посольство США в Молдове защищает и поддерживает американские интересы и развивает отношения с Молдовой, сотрудничая с молдавским правительством и лидерами в областях предпринимательства, трудовых отношений, сельского хозяйства, средств массовой информации и образования.
P.S. Периметр защищен( нон-стоп охрана и патруль , расположение посольства, на мой взгляд, является удобным и доступным.
