Try to get on of the booths outside and ask the friendly staff for their pick of Ukrainian specialty dishes. We had cheese filled dumplings as well as mamaliga, which is a locally made polenta with toppings. In addition, try the kvass (drink made from fermented bread) or the lemonade!

Good draught beer and delicious food. Central location. Waiters are professional, attentive but not disruptive, offer good service and can speak English. The price of food and drinks are reasonable. There is a corner displaying wine bottles. I am attracted by the beautiful hand made wine bottle rather than the wine.

The waitress was friendly and courteous but the food for the price was horrible. I order the salmon with vegetables. I needed a magnifying glass to find the salmon. I wife ordered a ceasar salad. The chicken wasn't seasoned and instead of croutons there was sliced bread. 90% of the salad was lettuce and the dressing was something unrecognizable, yuk!!! I will never come here again.

Day tripping from Chișinău and want to dine in a place other than Andy's Pizza? Try this one. Food was good and prices on par with Andy's. Log cabin atmosphere inside with authentic pieces or regional life adorning the walls, like jars of pickles and paintings. Here you can try Transnistrian beer, наше, and pick from Moldovan and Ukrainian dishes. They accept multiple currencies, including MDL. Cards normally accepted but was not available when I was there. The place looked like it was closed at 1230 on Saturday, but it was indeed open.

Great food, local choices, really friendly, complimentary vodka for all and great beer. We really enjoyed our meal. It's not very obvious because of the trees outside. Worth searching.

I did not expect to find such a nice place in the pro-Russian breakaway-republic of Transnistria! Somehow, I thought it would be a grim place.This was an eye-opener!
The setting was great and so was the food, lovingly served by the staff who were probably family members. The food is authentic Ukranian and the tables were full.
If I had stayed longer in Tiraspol. I would have returned.
Highly recommended!

This is one of my favorit restaurants in the world, I take the trip from Bucharest of here 1-2 times every year just to have dinner here
