There were 12 other people in the bar other than my wife and I, it took fully 20 mins to get served. The two waiters made doing nothing an art form. When you're spending €50 for 2 cocktails it's pretty poor service.

Went for a pre-dinner drink whilst staying at the Hermitage, and sat out on the terrace which has a view down to the harbour. Tried one of their signature cocktails, the Sweet Maya, which was Champagne flavoured with violet. Nice assortment of accompanying snacks.
