Amazing resort for spending 2-3 relaxing and unwinding days. Very quiet with nice micro climate on a lake. In the night you can see huge stars and skies are amazingly lit. Service is impeccable as well as food quality is fantastic

My wife and I stayed there for one night on Apr, 30.
The location is amazing, for sure but the level of service offered are way beyond the standards for a 5 star hotel. The price though is a 5 star one
We had diner on sunday evening and had an horrible time. The lobby was full of people talking loud and children running everywhere around the tables. The food was average and these same children taking it with theirs hands. We had a chat with the manager who did not even care offering another table for us or a discount.

We have had a really pleasant stay here in Widiane. The views from the hotel are incredible, enjoyed from our room, the restaurants and the pools. The gardens are well maintained and are beautiful. To make the most of the lake and mountains we did a trek (which is a climb in some places), had an hour of kayaking and sat on a bannana boat around the lake - and got fired into the water many times. The only down side is every meal is buffet unless you order room service, which we did. There were a lot of kids too!

vue magnifique sauf que le prix est exagéré par rapport à la chambre et le service. on a payé pour une chambre supérieure et au final il nous a donné une chambre simple . il nous a promis de ramener un lit pour mon fils et au final personne n 'est passée à notre chambre . le plus pire en arrivant à la réception après un long trajet le monsieur me dit votre nom n'est pas sur la liste des réservations et là j 'étais sans mots. En gros je reviendrais plus à cet hôtel.

My wife and I absolutely loved this visit. The rooms, pools, views of the mountains and lake are beautiful. The service is top-notch and the food is fantastic. We recommend the:
Guided hike - this is an extremely strenuous activity, especially if your fitness level is below standards. Wear good hiking shoes and bring water-- this is not a stroll through the arboretum. Our guide spoke limited English which we anticipated in advance given the remote location in Morocco. Enjoy the adventure and get out of your comfort zone.
Boat tour - well deserved after taking the guided hike into the Atlas Mountains. We live in Texas where there is no shortage of boats or lakes, I thought I'd experienced it all until we did this tour. Super relaxing with a refreshing dip in the lake surrounded by canyons.
Couples Spa treatment - begins with a traditional arab bath (Hammam), hot room and scrub down followed by a Thai massage. The massage therapists spoke English and were able to work around my limitations due to back surgery.response / report this review -
