What a great place!! I had the best time there for 8 days. I really didn't want to leave. Roberta and Abdel are great hosts and make you feel at home. From picking you up effortlessly at the airport to dropping you back there again, everything is organised and runs along without any stress.
It was my first time for yoga and though the classes felt fairly advanced, they were excellent as they showed you all the different forms of yoga which was enlightening. Very professionally run.
The surfing was excellent. Abdel and his brother are excellent teachers and determined for us to succeed which everybody did in varying degrees.
The accommodation was comfortable and stylist, I certainly slept well there. Food was great. They really made an effort to introduce you to all the different kinds of Moroccan food. The meals where delicious. They took you out to inexpensive local restaurants with fresh fish and tajine - the kind of places that only locals go to.
All in all, it was a great holiday and I can't wait to go back there. If there is any room that is because this place is a gem!! Thanks.response / report this review -

I stayed with Roberta at Wave and Dance twice and they have been always exceptional.
The friendly and welcoming vibe, the chill attitude, the great facilities, and the activities them guys organise just makes it for wonderful memories that will always be with me.
I highly recommend staying with them and getting the full package so you will always have fun stuff to do. I would give them 7 stars if it was possible.response / report this review -

Had an amazing time with Roberta and Abdel!! Within a day, I was able to stand up easily on my board and start to ride the green waves. Next days were amazing, and I never thought it was possible to make such a progress withing a week! Abdel gave the best tips, taught me how to spot good waves and even pushed me so it was easier for me to get them. Super happy with my time and will definitely go again! :)

Welcome to the experience of your lifetime!
You are welcomed in a big “family” (Abdel, Roberta, Mehdi, Noel, and Shefia ) that will make your stay very homey, personalised and relaxed.
The meal was delicious, in huge portions(especially for the diner) and super healthy (Shefia adapted the food to our restrictions and she got really creative even if we were not eating gluten, milk, eggs, raw vegetables ☺️). Fish barbecue on Saturday.
In the beginning I wanted to do the yoga and meditation stage and was nicely convinced by Abdel (one of the owners) to do also the surf. I hesitated a little cause I have never tried surfing before nor was I attracted to this sport .but in the end .what a great idea !!!
I was up on my board on the first day and I was surfing independently in 5 days. Mehdi is the best instructor you can ever imagine : patient, passionate (2 times Marocan champion in “body board” type of surf), attentive, kind and loads of fun to be around (very different from other surf instructors that I have seen on the beach during the week that don’t do much). He adapts the coaching and support to the skills and physical condition of the student.
Some nice yoga and meditation classes.
I spent some inspiring evenings on the rooftop terrace watching the sunset and the sea.
If you want an authentic week, where you can get close to a family that enjoys life, feel relaxed, and learn a new beautiful sport (I never did so much sports in one week 😂so it’s super good for the body) do not hesitate anymore .Wave and Dance is for you.response / report this review -

The Trip to Morocco was Even much better than expected for sure the Country is beatufiful and the weather was Great but you guys are awesome! Starts with the pick up Service from the Airport to the surf Lessons and awesome good Food! The „Hostel“ is very clean and typical moroccan i Loved it! Everyday was another best day! Hanging out together was so much fun and your offer of activities and the Organisation is awesome too - i definately come back :) my highlight: the outdoorshower on rooftop
One Point to improve: the Yoga teachers are not really the best - now Flow, speak not loud enough, more stretching than yoga but surf was amazing!

I spent a great moments in Wave & and Dance Tamraght Morocco, very clean hostel, delicious cooking, the daily program is always respected, high quality of all services and courses, the surf instructors are very nice and very professional. all with a decent price.

Wave and Dance is situated in Tamraght, calm village far away 6 Km from the already saturated Taghazout. The days I spent in the guest house were sincerely special.
The guest house is placed in a beautiful big house, shared by maximum 8 - 10 guests. I think it's a perfect number, as you have loads of space to be by yourself, read a book, do yoga, work, chill, sunbath and also space to socialize with the other guests. I was really lucky being there with nice and interesting people that was also hosted.
Everyday we went to surf in the beaches nearby. Abdel, the surf instructor and one of the owners of the guest house, always make sure to drive us to the best waves around (there is 2 good point breaks and some beach breaks not far away).
The food cooked by Amina was just amazing. Homemade Morrocan soul food.
And last but not less important, the care and the happiness of the owners of the place is something remarkable. Roberta and Abdel, a swiss-morrocan couple, are always present to help on anything the guests need with a big smile in the face and knowledge about the zone.
For sure, being back in Tamraght / Taghazout, I will be back to stay in Wave and Dance.response / report this review -

I really hated this place. The reviews and photos paint a different picture. It looks more homely and luxurious than it really is. My friend who was doing the surfing was much happier as he got away from the house during the day, and even ate down at the beach, and the surf teacher is a nice guy. But I was doing the yoga and felt trapped at the house.
I could not find the courage to tell the owner that I was unhappy because she a strong character and dominates people. When I arrived she threw her arms around me with a huge shout and massive hug, and it felt forced, and I was very uncomfortable. The hosts work in the middle of the lounge area and with her being so loud, it is hard to relax.
I found the food very hard to eat and because there was such a small selection, I was stuck. The nearest café or restaurant is a treacherous 20 minute hike down the hill. Sometimes only one bowl of food of cold white rice or gelatinous pasta. My stomach blocked up and I felt hungry all the time. The owners are very mean with portions and quality and only the cheapest ingredients are used.
My room was noisy as the owners had a very friends on motorbikes to visit them and they played really loud music outside my window.response / report this review -

Ce fut une semaine de rêve en compagnie d'Abdel et Roberta qui m'ont fait partager leurs passions et leurs bienveillances.
Je me suis éclatée à découvrir le surf avec Abdel qui choisissait à chaque session LA plage dans les environs de Tamraght la plus adaptée à mon niveau suivant les marées et le vent. Le tout saupoudré d'une pédagogie sans pareil.
Sans compter l'Oasis de Paradise Valley et le village d'Imsouane avec sont port de pêche traditionnel et son spot de surf avec la vague la plus longue du Maroc (800m de glisse et de pur bonheur).response / report this review -

From the moment you arrive to the minute you depart Roberta receives you with a great big warm Morroccan welcome.
Rooms are spotless and get that 5 star treatment right here in Tamraght to be treated like the prince/princess that you deserve
