  no one will sort out my refund request - it's been going on for over 6 months. Will never use this airline again. Wanted to give no stars but won't allow me.

  A MUST READ!!!!!!!!!
  
  Probably one of the worst airlines in Africa (referring to there ads royal air maroc is the best airline in Africa).
  
  There pricing policy goes for a 5 stars airline while there overall quality of services may not bypass those of the low-cost branches.
  
  The flight delay for this airline is a way of life and you have to expect it from this company
  I've my self experienced a total delay of more than 5 and a half hour for a flight that tack normally no more than 6 hours. Finally the total flight duration took us 12 hours!!!
  IT WAS AWFUL INDEED.
  
  The luggage employees act like real thieves and you have to expect with a high probability that your baggage are going to be lost for no reason and or explanation. This probability becomes a certainty if your luggage contains valuable things even new clothes or fabrics.

  1 and a half weeks before flight message via email that the destiny of the return flight is changed from Berlin to Frankfurt without giving any reason! Just like "Here, that's it and we don't care for you, just for the money!

  Lieux mythique. Dommage que l'aéroport d'anfa soit démantelé pour faire place à un immense quartier de béton.
