Great communal food! Friendly staff. Surfboard and wetsuit rentals. Short walk to the beach. Freshly updated rooms with wall plugs for each bed. Some bed as look to be a little saggy and well used. Breakfast is colorful, fragrant, tasty and filling. Large fruit bowls with yogurt and fresh peanut butter. Berber style eggs. Potatoes eggs and cheese. And much more. Dinner is opt-in and equally as delicious and bountiful. WiFi is good but can fluctuate like all over in Morocco.

This place breaths perfection, from the food, people and tranquil atomosphere. Every detail has been tailored to the guests. If you come here looking for a good hostel you will find a brilliant one.

I stumbled upon this haven because I was looking for a quiet place to learn to surf, away from the all the hustle and bustle of the nearby resort towns and boy did it deliver!

From the moment I ascended the stairs to the blissful beauty of the terrace; where the reception is based, I was greeted by smiling faces and a dinner worthy of gods!

Irena, Adil and Mhand have a way of making you feel so welcomed and do their upmost best to ensure your visit is not only stress free but memorable. My stay here has undoubtably been the highlight of my trip, I will most certainly be back!

Already missing what became my family and the friends I made there!

Wow! I spent 10 days in this hostel and I can't describe how good of an experience it was!

Impecable hostel, really good service and such good common breakfast and common diners (perfect to make friends).
But what really impressed me is the easiest way in which everyone just make friends all the time. Couples, solo travelers, groups, we all hang out toguether. Playing board games, yoga in the morning, going surfing toguether, and really good Foosball matches!
The staff is really good, Irena takes great care of everyone's needs and Sophianne is a really cool guy that also helps out anytime. My experience was so good that one guy of the staff, Yaya, became like a brother to me.

So definitely 100% recommended place to go, everyone that stayed there there agreed!

My last recommendation would be to go to Paradise Valley from the hostel, the experience is beautiful and breath taking!

The staff and owners are really kind. When you got questions, wishes, or remarks, they will help you inmediately. Short walking distance to the beach, which is great for surfing and relaxing. When you stay here, try the food, it is awesome. Breakfast as dinner are everyday a treat to the eye and good for the belly!

Hands down the BEST hostel i have ever stayed at! Adil makes you feel straight at home as soon as you arrive, he was the perfect host. He took myself my brother and stelios on a personal guided tour or Sahara, making all required arrangements along the way. The Paradise Valley excursion was one of the coolest things i have ever done, the scenery will blow you away!. Furthermore the staff are most friendly and the food is AMAZING!! All in all this place and Adil are HEDIKTID!!!!!!!

What a pleasure to stay at the Lunar Surf House. We felt so welcome right from the beginning! Adil and Irena are doing a great job. The hostel is very clean, tasteful decoration, nice workshops and organised trips. Every morning there is yogasession on the roofterrace and not to forget incredible shared meals breakfast and dinner. All in all really good vibe and higly recommended!!

Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling Morocco.
Excellent location, very clean (which can be especially difficult to find at this low price).
Lovely, helpful staff/owners. Comfortable rooftop area with beach views by day and star gazing at night.
You can walk to the beach with good surf break and it has some cool coffee spots and restaurants right there too - Although don't miss the breakfast included deal, some of the best cooking we enjoyed in Morocco was in this hostel.
I also recommend any one of their tours offered. The trips we went on seemed to be more personal and original then others around and well worth it.
We will definitely be back!
