  Shame on you Mercedes! worst decision ever, I never imagined that buying a Mercedes would be such a horrible decision, and not only 1, I made the greatest mistake of my life buy buying 2!!!!
  Ceuta is just 40km away and I could have bought them there for half the price, with real professionals assisting you and giving a great after-sales service. But I said "why? I rather trust my hometown and give them a chance while I buy this cars for my Morocan company and profiting for taxes". Bad wrong move, worst decision ever!!!
  In this place, they have ablosutely no idea what a Mercedes is, they are not able to assist you, anything you ask them about they'll answer "it's in the car's manual" or "that's not important". We had to wait and pay for the cars to arrive to Tétouan! and after 2 months, they started giving problems due to faulty peaces. We decided to take them to Ceuta's official dealership instead of the one we bought it from in Tetouan (everybody told us not to give our cars to the tech service in Tétouan as they will not be able to find anything, or they may tray to charge you for things that should be under warranty). And what a surprise! 3 months rolling with the cars and Ceuta's official Mercedes dealership tells us that our cars are not even declared as sold, for Mercedes our cars are still exposed for sale in Morocco!!! what????
  We inform Mercedes GMBh about the situation and the put us in contact with Mercerdes Casablanca. What do you think is their answer?? we should take ourselves the cars to Casablanca for inspection!!! really?? are you kidding me?? I should leave my company and pay the costs of taking our cars to Casablanca (5h drive each way) to leave there the cars fo God knows how long and then expect to be charged a fortune for a fix that should be under warranty??? come back to Tetouan by bus and then wait until they call us to get the cars back??? NO, THANK YOU, BUT NO WAY WE?RE DOING SO!!! We've bought the cars in Tetouan, so if you want to get them, you have to take them from Tetouan, the place where we bought them, and you should better provide us substitution cars in the mean time. We've paid overpriced cars and we expect a "state of the art" customer service, responsive, effective and profesional, terms that we haven't seen on you at the present moment.
  Aah! and even worst, on top of all, they really SCAMMED us by telling us that leasing doesn't really exist and lead us to a "crédit à la consommation" which means that all this investment of more than 60.000€ was just an absolute waste! to the respect of our company, this investment is not amortizable!! and why would they lead you to this kind of consumer credit instead of Leasing?? because with the leasing they don't get their 20€ commission!!!!!! seriously??? I'd have given you 200€ commission if you just didn't make us lose more than 120.000Dh in amortizations!!!!!!!!
  When I told other Mercedes customers in Tétouan that we bought them here, they already told us that was a BIG mistake, that we should have bought them from Casablanca directly like everybody else, but we didn't know that it was that bad.
  Be aware!!! be careful!!! don't you ever think about the possibility of buying cars from this people! don't you ever buy even a bicycle in Tétouan! they are just scammers, with no knowledge about what they sell, no customer service, no after sales service, no tech support. NOTHING at all!!
