  OiLibya is a gas station on the corner of Avenue Belgique and Avenue Hassan II. It sells gasoline and diesel fuel, oil, automobile products and they have mechanics on duty to do any needed repairs on car engines, air for tires, and car wash services.
  
  It could use a cosmetic facelift and more green plants to make it more attractive.
  
  I wish the owner would order his employees never to park customers' cars on the sidewalk for people. Sidewalks are for people, not for parking.
