I was visiting in Casablanca with my family from the USA and wanted to get a Starbucks Morocco Mug. When we enter the coffee shop we were greeted by the friendliest staff ever. They helped us select our mugs and then wanted to sign our boxes both in Arabic and English. They took pictures of us and we took pictures of them as we drank our coffees. We dubbed this the friendliest Starbucks in the World. A very engaging group. Thank you for your great service and memories.

It's Starbucks, mostly.
Positives: same good coffee, tasty snacks, staff speaks enough English and is very friendly, clientele lives in the 21st century, powerful AC.
Negatives: I have to agree with Niccolo on the lack of sleeves or double cups (seems cheap), the wifi is bad (worse than most of Casa), it keeps going down and when it does run it is pretty slow, the bathrooms are not cleaned frequently and below SBX standards.response / report this review -

Fine Starbucks, they speak English, I go regularly.
Only issue is: THEY NEVER HAVE COFFEE SLEEVES!
I had to bring some from the UK, because I knew they wouldn't have them. The management shouldn't cut corners on those type of expenses, it depricates the starbucks brand, and damages my experience as a regular. Please see it as a long term investment for you, and your staff. I will leave happy, without burnt hands, and you will have a more regular customer, who doesn't have to bring his own coffee sleeves!!
Furthermore, I believe as a Starbucks distributor they should exceed the standards we are used to in other countries. It means that I will use it more frequently also as a place to meet people. Come on, you can do it!!response / report this review -

It's a Starbucks. We buy bags of coffee here; higher quality for a better price than anywhere else in Casablanca. Would recommend the Antigua coffee if you like darker roasts.

Altough the customer service was not the greatest, and their register machine did not take any of my visas or american express, (they said that they were down that day) I was lucky I was carrying cash on me.
The fact that I had found a Starbucks in Morocco had me excited and super super excited! There was definately a language barrier but in the end and after 10min. of explaining, I got my Caramel Machiato Yay!response / report this review -

One of most un-maintained, shoddy Starbucks I have ever seen in all my travels. Nothing is special here. Not even cozy sofas. Poor standard toilets. Coffee? Wellummmthe usualnot bad.

The real Starbucks experience that I have been missing for so long. The staff were nice and friendly. "Welcome to Morocco, Da" on my cup really made my day.

Starbucks at Anfa street is chilled out with seats always available regardless of peak hours. Staff are friendly and their coffee is good too. Good place for students to sip on java and do assignments or for casual meetings
