Did a reservation for a car. The lady called me back and discussed all the details with me. It sounded all good. When I arrived they told me that I did not have a reservation and the lady told me that she did not speak to me at all. Very disappointing and they did not even offer me a car or a compensation. Very bad car rental place. I don’t recommend them. Very bad service.
