  The riad is located near the Atlantic entrance of the medina, off of an alley - you wouldn't expect to find this mini-oasis from the appearance of the surroundings! Greeted by our host with the requisite (and very nice) mint green-tea, the riad is very comfortable, very well furnished and relaxing. Dinner was excellent - and they offer wine for those guests who partake. The view of the evening and night-time sky from the roof terrace was engaging as well. We are a couple on a semi-extended trip of Morocco and felt this riad was one of the best.

  Clean and a nice rooftop. Is quite easy to find. Really well decorated. Well locates inside the medina. Staff is friendly.

  Lovely place in the Medina. A modern twist on the traditional riads of Morocco. The staff was very attentive. We had a lovely breakfast everyday. The room was modern with comfortable bed. They have a roof terrace as well for lounging in the sun with a book. The owner of the riad is a lovely man with plenty of tips.

  This Riad inside the medina, from outside not from the idea of what is inside, while maintaining the Moroccan feature, has been revisited in a modern style on the white tones. Staff friendly and discreet, comfortable rooms, roof gardens, Moroccan dinner revisited, as well as breakfast. Do not miss if you go from Rabat

  Friendly staff. Very nice breakfast. Cozy but little narrow room. Located in old Medina so you have to walk from road about 5 minutes. But deserve it.
  Recommend if you want to stay in old town Medina.

  I had a wonderful stay. The manager and staff are very kind, everything worked fine (including WiFi), the room and public spaces are new, clean and nicely kept and the breakfast is really good and plentiful. Would stay there again for my next trip to Rabat. Its located not deep into the Medina, so it's a relatively quiet place.

  Stated here in May of 2014 and absolutely loved it! It was our first stop in Morocco and it set the mood for the rest of the trip. Beautiful space. OUTSTANDING location, great food, great service, clean room, good value! Can't say enough great things about Riad Zyo!
