What a beautiful riad! The staff were all wonderful. The owner, Massimo, spent quite a while talking with us about the town, and gave us practical advice about navigating it. He gave us maps to use if we lost our way and made sure we could find our way "home".

We love this place and would love to come back soon.
So beautiful and peaceful space in the middel of the centre with friendly treatment of their guests and all the staff felt like a family.

Amazing. The location is perfect, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the food is the best we ate in Marrakech. But what really sets this Riad apart from others are the people who work here. They treat you like family from the minute you arrive.
We showed up around midnight from a late flight and were greeted at the airport by a driver arranged by the Riad. Once we got to the front door through a maze of small alleys, our luggage was taken and we were offered hot tea and cookies along with a warm greeting and tour of our room. The next morning the staff educated us on everything we could expect in town. Customs, greetings, places to avoid, and generally what to expect as it's our first time here. The advice certainly made our experiences better. Whenever we were at the Riad, we were offered tea or fruit and they made sure we were comfortable at all times. The staff constantly excelled at making us feel as if we were with family and I can honestly say this was the best service I've ever received at any hotel. We will certainly recommend this Riad to anyone visiting Marrakech and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Morocco.

Beautiful Riad. Very quiet and nicely decorated. Breakfast and dinner in the roof top terrace is fantastic. Like an oasis inside the crazy Medina. The staff and the owners are also great. It's like being at home away.

Secluded within the Medina, walking distance from the souks, this architecturaly exceptional riad is attentively managed by owners and a staff who are always available, very helpful, interesting people . We arrived after midnight and were met by one the owners who escorted us a few blocks from the nearest vehicle access, to our room. I'd readily stay at Riad le Clos des Arts again.

My girlfriend and I stayed here in May 2017. We could not recommend Riad le Clos des Arts highly enough. The owners and the staff were so helpful in advising us on navigating the Medina and suggesting great restaurants. The Riad is charming and beautiful and has a great location for walking to spots within the Medina.

Staying here made the trip to Marrakesh for me! From the beautiful accommodations, a tucked away oasis in the heart of the Medina (very clean, comfortable and well maintained) to the amazing service from the staff, which in the end felt more like family. The owners, Giorgina and Massimo, and their entire team are lovely people who go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of and enjoy your time in Marrakesh. The food at the Riad was the best I had on the trip - I can highly recommend a stay here and will definitely be back!

Amazing place to stay in Marrakesh. We stayed for five nights and enjoyed everything about it. The owners and staff are absolutely lovely. On the day that we arrived we had an hour or so talk by the owner about Morocco, Marrakesh, and the local area. It was fascinating and a really nice way to start the trip. The food for both breakfast and dinner, as other reviewers have noted, was excellent too! Highly recommended.

We stayed 6 nights here, and it was one of the best lodging experiences ever. Very friendly and helpful owners and staff. Cool and quite. Cozy and nicely decorated. Their skilled cook can prepare dinner much better than the ones at restaurants in town. There is no phone, TV, or alarm clock which we didn't need, but they have all other necessities such as safe inside the room, AC/heater, and free wifi. Complimentary breakfast is very healthy and very filling. I wish we could take this place with us whereever we travel.

If your coming to Marrakech this is the place to stay, it's more home than a riad and you are part of the family not a guest, the owners and staff are so friendly and helpful, and the talk at the start of your stay will relax you into the pace of Marrakech which can be hectic, Massimo and Georgina over a mint tea will get you on the right track to enjoy you stay in marrakech, this riad is only a 5 minute stroll from the main square and the riad itself is in a quiet derb which makes it a very peaceful oasis in the medina. Beautiful riad with great owners and staff
