Just look at the view. Incredible cocktails at very reasonable prices and decently priced beer for a 5* hotel in Marrakech. I don't know why I'm advertising how amazing it is as I loved sitting peacefully with my partner and only one or two other customers in the whole place.

The ostentatious rooms are fun for something different. In addition to the glam explosion of purple velvet we had in the bedroom, we had a gold plated toilet. Our concierge, Superman (yes, he is called Superman), was delightful. However the rest of the front desk struggled with English.

The staff is friendly. The room we had was dark and noisy (top floor). The images showed on the website are in my opinion old. The breakfast is very little.

Good location, a 5 minute walk to the square and all the souks. A nice breakfast served every morning and beautiful rooms.

I highly recommend Road Wow! The pictures on their website totally do reality justice. The Riad Wow is well located right near the souks and the famous square yet tucked in a little and on a fairly quiet street. There is no noise from the street. The atmosphere is calm and inviting and cozy as soon as you step in from the street. The decor is beautiful. There is a courtyard in the middle and rooms all wrap around it. There is beautiful attention to detail. The roof top terrace is wonderful. This is where breakfast and meals are served, and there is space in the sun or in the shade for two or for a bigger group, for every preference. I visited Road Wow with a group of 9 from Northern Europe. Everyone loved it. In the evenings there are musicians playing until 11 pm. The hammam experience was wonderful. The rooms were comfortable, with beautiful moroccan tiles and decor and thick wooden ornate doors. The bed was fairly comfortable. Free wifi.
I cannot say enough about the staff. The managers are kind and warm and mild mannered, and understand the needs of all occupants. The restaurant staff are courteous and warm. They leave you alone if that is what you want, and engage in conversation if you initiate it. The rooms were cleaned beautifully. The staff at Riad Wow has wonderful instinct for what you need. We visited the famous La Mamounia during our stay and all happily returned to our "cozy home".
The only thing I felt could have used improvement was the breakfast. They offered a wide array of European style pastries and generic flavoured yogurts and an omelette bar, and orange juice. Personally I would have liked something more local style. I craved different local fruits and veggies, breads and honey and juices and thick yogurt you could have honeyed up yourself. Something fresh! (I'll admit I don't know if this is what the locals would actually have for breakfast). I do appreciate the fact it was included in the price of my room though.response / report this review -

We stayed at the Riad on two different occasions, on arrival in Marrakech and on our return from the dessert, having received good and helpfull attention from the staff. The rooms are an experience in themselves bringing your close to the local decor and the terrace offers a charming place to relax and enojy and early morning view or a late sfternoon drink. I would consider this a kind of a boutique hotel.

absolut toll.
Wir wollten ein Gericht aus Kamelfleisch, welches nicht auf der Speisekarte stand, bestellen und haben einen Abend bekommen, der sich nicht mit Jiad Mahal vergleichen lässt. Vielen Dank für Alles.
